This is for you if:

• You have a solid knowledge of the basic steps and technique and have good control of your body.
• You can pick up steps and perform them by heart and ready to learn some intermediate level steps.
• You have been dancing for at least 1 year and you can follow a regular ballet class (either in studio or online at the Lazy Dancer Studio)
• You're ready to start dancing at a whole new level

Who's this NOT for:

• Complete beginners
• If you still struggle to follow a regular ballet class

If you're more advanced, this is perfect for you and don't worry, I'll give you more challenging options during class.

We are at home so if you feel like wearing PJS it's fine by me, BUT if you want to build your confidence and feel like a real ballerina, make sure you turn up to class 10 minutes before, tidy, with your leotard, skirt if you want, ballet flats, hair pulled back in a bun and ready to work.

No much space is needed.

Push aside all your furniture and make your own special dance studio.

Make sure nobody will interrupt you, plug your device on the wall so it won't run out of juice during class and you're set.

Grab a chair as barre and hop on a mat or a rug like I do ;)
